Most commonly, you will find an easel at Acuity Lakefront, Lake Acuity, or Snowpoint Temple.
Players must level up Sneasel while holding the Razor Claw item in the evening to transform Sneasel into Weavile with Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
You can find the Razor Claw on Victory Road’s final floor. This means that you must beat all eight gyms to evolve Sneasel.

You cannot catch Weavile in the wild. Once you have the Razor claw, please give it to your Sneasel and wait until night. Then, level them up using EXP gained from battle or Rare Candy.
Switch now has Pokemon Shining Pearl and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond.
